My 16" Delta band saw blade is drifting how can I fix it?

My blade is drifting, I have replaced my blade guides with Cool Blocks by olson, they fit vary well and are not touching the blade. I used a piece of paper for by measurement between the blocks and the blade. Any thoughts.
